About The Position

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Jamestown office. This in-office role provides day-to-day banking services, builds customer relationships, and delivers a welcoming, professional experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM. The position is scheduled for 15–19 hours per week and pays $18–$19 per hour, with an additional $5 for each Saturday worked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
