About the position
The Strategic Account Executive role at InfoTrust is responsible for driving growth opportunities and expanding relationships with key clients. This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to consult and strategize with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders. The Account Executive will work closely with delivery experts to provide strategic recommendations and solutions that meet client needs and drive effective marketing performance. Additionally, the role involves proactively identifying and closing high-value opportunities within existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of growing client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth opportunities and expand relationships across a portfolio of client partnerships
- Scale the fast-growing data and analytics business
- Act as a strategic leader and client advocate
- Expand revenue through relationship expansion
- Conduct account research and understand the target buyer
- Aggressively prospect and ask for warm introductions
- Travel to develop deep relationships with clients
- Consult and strategize with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders
- Understand clients' businesses at depth, including industry, goals, and resources
- Partner with delivery experts on strategic recommendations
- Anticipate client needs and translate them into InfoTrust's deliverables
- Comprehend data, analytics, and technology expertise and convey solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide a third-party perspective and consultative challenge to client strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful client experiences and renewals
- Facilitate research, events, and collaborative opportunities for client engagement
- Provide strategic market and client insights to senior management and R&D colleagues
- Proactively identify, nurture, and close opportunities within existing client accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Increase deal velocity and overcome objections
- Manage a multi-million dollar pipeline in Salesforce
- Forecast accurate and timely revenue projections
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in account management and/or sales in professional services, agency services, digital software, technology services, or strategic consulting
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management and/or sales in professional services, agency services, digital software, technology services, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of growing client accounts year-over-year
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to consult and strategize with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to understand clients' businesses at depth, including industry, business goals, marketing goals, data privacy considerations, analytics maturity, competitive positioning, and available resources
- Ability to partner with delivery experts on strategic recommendations
- Anticipate client's needs and translate them into solutions
- Comprehend areas of data, analytics, and technology expertise and translate them for executive-level and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide third-party perspective and consultative challenge to client strategies and results
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure successful client experiences and partnership renewals
- Provide strategic market and client insights to senior management and R&D colleagues
- Proactively identify, nurture, and close $100K+ opportunities within existing client accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual qualified meeting and revenue targets
- Increase deal velocity by overcoming objections, navigating buying committees, and positioning the value of professional services
- Effectively manage a multi-million dollar pipeline in Salesforce
- Strong closing skills
