Digital Analytics Coordinator

The job overview for the Digital Analytics Coordinator position is that the individual will work closely with multi-brand clients to audit and troubleshoot existing configurations, reporting, and dashboards within Google Analytics and other analytics tools. They will also assist in improving clients' digital marketing initiatives and provide an excellent client experience. Additionally, the coordinator will contribute to a team environment, assist with documentation and ongoing education, and explore other impactful opportunities to contribute to the overall success of InfoTrust.

Assisting with documentation and on-going education

Implementing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager by answering tickets from clients and turning questions into answers within a timely period

Producing technical audit reports for corrective or advanced Google Analytics tracking and data collection architecture

Testing and validating implementation of Google Analytics and other analytics tools and platforms

Working closely with multi-brand clients to audit and troubleshoot existing configurations, reporting, and dashboards within Google Analytics and other analytics tools and platforms

Assisting in improving clients' digital marketing initiatives

Providing an amazing client experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Ability to implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience in producing technical audit reports
• Knowledge of data collection architecture best practices
• Ability to test and validate implementation deployments
• Passion for digital analytics and willingness to continuously learn and grow in the field
