Analytics Team Lead

Join our passionate and tight-knit team at InfoTrust as an Analytics Team Leader in our Delivery department. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can empower our team while delivering game-changing insights through digital analytics and privacy-centric solutions. Remote work, on-site options in Cincinnati or Chicago, or a hybrid approach are available. As an Analytics Team Leader, you'll have three primary areas of focus: team leadership, client leadership and delivery excellence, and supporting the Industry Team Leader in growth and planning activities for the Industry Team as a whole.

• Inspire and guide team members, fostering growth and development
• Collaborate with the Industry Team Manager to determine team allocation, capacity, and project assignments
• Regularly meet with team members to set KPIs, establish priorities, and create work plans
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to grow the team of Consultants
• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients and key activity systems within the team, providing direction and serving as the project lead
• Foster strong client relationships by conducting regular meetings and addressing their evolving needs
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients, staying within scope and budget
• Keep a close eye on contract scope to prevent any surprises and maintain alignment with agreements
