About the position
The Strategic Account Executive role at InfoTrust is responsible for driving growth opportunities and expanding relationships with key clients. This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to consult and strategize with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders. The Account Executive will serve as a client advocate, partnering with delivery experts to provide strategic recommendations that solve client needs and enable effective marketing performance. Additionally, the role involves understanding InfoTrust's areas of expertise and translating complex solutions for non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to ensure successful client experiences and partnership renewals.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth opportunities and expand relationships across a portfolio of client partnerships
- Scale the fast-growing data and analytics business
- Act as a strategic leader and client advocate
- Expand revenue through relationship expansion
- Conduct account research and understand the target buyer
- Aggressively prospect and ask for warm introductions
- Travel to develop deep relationships with clients
- Consult and strategize with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders
- Understand clients' businesses at depth, including industry, goals, and resources
- Partner with delivery experts on strategic recommendations
- Anticipate client needs and translate them into InfoTrust's deliverables
- Comprehend areas of data, analytics, and technology expertise
- Provide a third-party perspective and consultative challenge to client strategies
- Collaborate with InfoTrust colleagues to ensure successful client experiences
- Facilitate research, events, and collaborative opportunities for client engagement
- Provide strategic market and client insights to senior management and R&D colleagues
- Proactively identify, nurture, and close opportunities within existing client accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Increase deal velocity and overcome objections
- Manage a multi-million dollar pipeline in Salesforce
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in account management and/or sales in professional services, agency services, digital software, technology services, or strategic consulting

- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Experience talking with clients about digital analytics, data privacy, martech, and/or digital marketing
- Industry experience or knowledge in consumer packaged goods, retail/e-commerce, B2B services, finance, and/or healthcare
- Experience working with Google products and partners
