Digital Analytics Associate

The Digital Analytics Coordinator will work closely with multi-brand clients to audit and troubleshoot existing configurations, reporting, and dashboards within Google Analytics and other analytics tools. They will assist in improving clients' digital marketing initiatives and provide an amazing client experience. The successful candidate will also contribute to a team environment, assist with documentation and education, and explore other impactful opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the company. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, producing technical audit reports, testing and validating implementation deployments, and advocating for education and growth in the field of digital analytics.

• Work closely with multi-brand clients to audit and troubleshoot existing configurations, reporting, dashboards within Google Analytics and other analytics tools and platforms
• Assist in improving clients' digital marketing initiatives
• Provide an amazing client experience
• Contribute to a team environment, assisting with documentation and on-going education
• Implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager by answering tickets from clients and turning questions into answers within a timely period
• Produce technical audit reports for corrective or advanced Google Analytics tracking and data collection architecture
• Test and validate implementation deployments ensuring reliable data collection to defined expectations
• Advocate for education and continuously grow knowledge in the field of digital analytics
• Help clients with their own analytics maturity
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a technical role, solving complex problems, multi-tasking, and working within a team environment
