About The Position

Raptor is an independent youth and community marketing agency working across North America, Europe and APAC. The Sr. Social Media Manager will establish and lead Raptor North America’s social practice, shaping its vision, proposition, service model and commercial growth. The role turns Raptor’s ambassador, creator and community activity, user-generated content and cultural insight into platform-native strategies, always-on content systems and campaigns. It also connects social work with experiential activations so they are amplified before, during and after live events. The successful candidate will lead social strategy, organic content, community management, production and paid amplification; serve as the senior social voice for the North American team; and advise and present to senior clients. The role works across client services, community, strategy, creative, experiential, production and media teams in the US and wider Raptor network. It includes coaching junior social professionals and building the US social team and partner network over time. This is a full-time, permanent position for a US-based candidate, with a preference for the Pacific Time zone. The role involves flexible collaboration around client, campaign and team needs, regular remote collaboration across time zones, regular in-person time for priority meetings and work, and occasional US or international travel. Start date is to be agreed. Salary is $90,000–$110,000, to be agreed based on experience and role scope.
