About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a creative, data-savvy Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy across corporate and campus channels. This hybrid role requires at least two days onsite at the Corporate Office in Parsippany, New Jersey. The position shapes how Lincoln Tech connects with prospective students, builds community, and shares stories across its nationwide campus network. The Social Media Manager develops results-driven content, supports campus Social Media Admins, and uses analytics to improve performance. Lincoln Tech is a mission-driven organization providing career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and IT.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on social media experience, including team management.
Strong creative skills using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
Ability to use data and analytics to develop strategy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of SEO principles and social media best practices.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
Higher education or lead generation experience.
Social media marketing or digital advertising certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead social media strategy and execution across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create visual and written content that builds brand awareness and supports student enrollment.
Train and support Social Media Admins across the campus network.
Cover events, produce live streams, and create event recaps.
Monitor trends, respond to community engagement, and manage online reputation.
Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Manage relationships with campus teams, vendors, and platform representatives.
