This role is for a Social Content Manager on the Strategy team, responsible for the day-to-day community and content operations for a high-profile client across Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram. The position involves managing active community channels, producing and publishing content at scale, and adapting client assets for each platform. Collaboration with internal strategists and the client is key to maintaining a consistent publishing schedule, upholding brand and compliance standards, and executing a monthly deliverable plan. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, comfortable managing multiple workstreams in community management and content production, and can work independently while collaborating with a distributed team in a fast-paced virtual environment. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Canada.
