About the position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our well-established independent agency and thriving music business. As a unique mix of experts in culture, technology, and storytelling, we are dedicated to helping ambitious brands harness the power of culture to solve their biggest challenges. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing brand event partnerships, driving integrated event campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale brands/programs and possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Key partner to UnitedMasters Business Lead in managing brand event partnerships from a business and profitability standpoint
- Work closely with Lead Team to form a trusting relationship and to aid in the optimal management of working teams
- Manage resources and deploy them strategically to run day-to-day tasks across multiple projects/brands
- Drive the process of integrated event campaigns (design, social, promotion, content) from scope through delivery
- Create timelines and project plans for multiple streams of deliverables (including design, social, and content)
- Define and manage key project milestones in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and partners
- Manage internal approvals processes
- Actively monitor issues and new developments, keeping the team informed, and proactively problem-solving
- Motivate the team to collaborate effectively, looking out for the best interest of the work and our business
- Work with department leads to allocate the right team(s) for each project
- Have the foresight to predict and/or spot issues and resolve at a moment’s notice
Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Experience managing large-scale brands/programs
- Experiential/event experience is a must
- Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Excellent time management, organization, and staff prioritization skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work "off script" while still maintaining adherence to the process
- Capable of collaborating with discipline leads on process improvements and driving implementation
- People/soft skills to keep staff focused during peak moments
- Fluent in Google Suite, with emphasis on Sheets and Slides
- Digital/social/print production experience a plus
- Monday.com or SmartSheets proficiency
