Recruiting Operations Specialist

UnitedMasters is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role involves scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, optimizing workflows, providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, and collaborating on various projects and programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work with multiple levels of leadership, and a sense of urgency and customer orientation. Experience in recruiting coordination or operations, high-volume interview scheduling, and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and Greenhouse/GEM are preferred. • Schedule and coordinate logistics for on-site interviews, remote interviews, and travel accommodations
• Optimize existing workflows and create training/workflow documentation for recruiting tools and processes
• Provide excellent communication to candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience in partnership with HR team members
• Build custom recruiting dashboards in GEM
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on projects and programs related to employment branding, DEI initiatives, Recruiting Events, etc.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner
• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Operate with a strong sense of urgency and customer orientation
• Solve problems resourcefully and independently
• Have 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or operations role
• Have 1+ years of experience in high-volume interview scheduling
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets)
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or GEM is preferred
• Tech, startup, media, or creative agency experience is a plus
• Program/project management experience is a plus
