About The Position

MDVIP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the lead-to-sale conversion funnel, from marketing-qualified lead through paid annual membership enrollment. The individual-contributor role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales and is accountable for improving enrollment conversion across all acquisition channels, including organic, paid, local, and referral. The role guides cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, CRO, Product, Analytics, Sales Operations, and Physician Product teams, with a focus on improving how the membership value proposition is communicated and how leads progress through the enrollment journey. The position manages a roadmap of lead-to-sale initiatives, identifies friction across website experiences, sales processes, and team handoffs, and coordinates experiments and improvements. It partners with Organic Growth, paid acquisition, Membership Sales, and Lifecycle Marketing/CRM teams on lead capture and quality, messaging, contact-center handoffs, follow-up cadence, and lead nurturing through calls, email, and SMS. The role tracks and reports channel-level sales KPIs, maintains pipeline records, influences CRM workflows, and uses marketing analytics to forecast membership sales and report progress to marketing and executive leadership. MDVIP is a national personalized healthcare organization serving more than 425,000 members through a network of over 1,400 concierge primary care physicians. Its program emphasizes preventive medicine, comprehensive screenings, advanced diagnostics, and individualized wellness plans. The company describes itself as a Great Place to Work and highlights a collaborative, inclusive culture and the opportunity to help build a new team and program.
