Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Till Financial•New York, NY
•$130,000 - $194,000

About The Position

Till is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead direct-to-consumer customer acquisition for its family banking app and kids' debit card. This senior, hands-on role owns acquisition from first discovery through paid subscription, with accountability for customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback, and conversion against subscriber targets. The role reports to the Head of GTM and works with Lifecycle, Product, the agency partner, Brand and Design, and Data. The manager will set paid media strategy and budget allocation across paid social, search, and affiliate; develop an always-on creative testing program with the agency; and lead landing page and funnel testing on tillfinancial.com. They will use parent and family research and performance data to shape campaigns, explore new channels and brand opportunities, define attribution and reporting needs, and manage the growth marketing technology stack. The initial priority is to develop a growth strategy for Till's next major launch while current campaigns continue with team support through the end of the year.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of growth or performance marketing experience for a consumer mobile app or subscription business; fintech experience is ideal.
  • Hands-on campaign management experience on Meta and Google, including ownership of a significant paid budget.
  • Track record of lowering CAC and improving conversion through funnel and landing page testing.
  • Experience running a creative testing program and briefing and managing an agency.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, including mobile measurement partners (MMPs), SKAN, incrementality, and cohort-based forecasting.
  • Comfort pulling data independently and using it to make budget decisions.
  • Clear communication, a strong point of view, and creative ideas for reaching families, supported by rigorous testing and data.

Nice To Haves

  • Affiliate, partnership, or sponsorship experience, or experience running brand campaigns alongside performance marketing.
  • Experience with Webflow or another no-code site builder and A/B testing tools.
  • Experience marketing to parents or families, or marketing kids' products.
  • Experience working with compliance and legal review in a regulated financial services company.

Responsibilities

  • Set the media plan and budget allocation across paid social, search, and affiliate; pace spend and manage performance against CAC and payback targets.
  • Build and run an always-on creative testing roadmap for concepts, hooks, formats, and UGC with the agency partner; write briefs, translate results into insights, and manage ad compliance reviews.
  • Own conversion on tillfinancial.com by leading landing page and funnel tests from first visit through subscription, including a paywall testing agenda agreed with Product.
  • Use research and performance data to understand parents of young children and teens and develop campaigns and landing pages for each audience.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels through structured experiments, turning successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing on brand initiatives such as sponsorships, partnerships, and upper-funnel awareness, and develop plans to measure their impact.
  • Define attribution and reporting needs with Data; use results for budget decisions, cohort-based channel forecasting, and leadership updates.
  • Set up and manage ad account structure, conversion tracking, tag management, UTM and campaign taxonomy, affiliate tools, and testing tools, partnering with Data on reporting.
  • Build a growth strategy for the next major launch while current campaigns continue with team support through the end of the year.
  • Own the day-to-day agency relationship, set strategy, hold the agency accountable for performance, and manage budget allocation.
