About The Position

Till is a family banking app and kids’ debit card that helps parents raise financially capable kids. Now part of Western & Southern Financial Group, Till is entering a major growth phase, expanding its direct-to-consumer business and developing new ways for families to save, spend and grow together. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own direct acquisition of new families, from initial discovery through subscription, with a significant paid media budget. This hands-on role is accountable for customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback and conversion to paid against subscriber targets. The manager will set paid media strategy and budget allocation; run paid social, search and affiliate through an agency partner; build a creative testing program; and own conversion optimization for tillfinancial.com. The role partners with Lifecycle, Product, Brand and Design, Data, the agency partner, and the Head of Marketing. It reports to the Head of GTM. The role will establish and optimize acquisition channels, develop launch strategy, test campaigns and landing pages, define attribution and reporting needs, forecast channel performance by cohort, and manage the growth technology stack. The first priority is preparing a growth strategy for Till’s next major launch while current campaigns continue with team support through the end of the year. This is a hybrid role based at Till’s DUMBO, Brooklyn office, with a few days per week in person. Candidates should be in the greater NYC area. The base salary range is $130,000 to $194,000, depending on experience, and the role is eligible for an annual bonus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Till cannot sponsor employment visas at this time.
