Senior Product Marketing Manager - Engagement

• Understand the market and the customer
• Articulate the value of the product to partners, analysts, and customers
• Perform win/loss analysis to understand market problems and support messaging
• Research the competitive landscape and support building collateral
• Execute the go-to-market strategy
• Launch new features and position them with prospects and customers
• Identify use cases and achieve specific goals for product launches
• Provide guidance on positioning and thought leadership to the content/PR/campaigns/demand gen team
• Help field teams tell the Engagement story with use cases, GTM/sales material, pitch decks, and trainings
• Strategize on new markets and segments
• Understand pipeline and win rates trends
• Recommend new opportunities for vertical or market expansion
• Ensure smooth product marketing processes
• Recommend and ensure best practice processes for product launches, win/loss analysis, and campaigns
• Drive strategic topics, cross-functional projects, and lead large projects
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Understand current product capabilities, pricing, and packaging
• Meet cross-functional stakeholders, work on product launches, perform market research, and understand the competitive landscape
• Take ownership of the product and competitively position it in the market
• Contribute data-backed ideas and opinions
• Work with a global, remote team
• Work at a high-paced, fast-growing company

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success
• Previous product marketing experience is preferred
• Experience with CDP or marketing automation technologies as a user or vendor is a plus
• Technical aptitude and customer-focused
• Aptitude for storytelling and simplistically communicating technical concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or technical field
• Motivated, independent, and highly analytical
• Great communication and writing skills. Public speaking experience is a plus.
