About the position
Bloomreach is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to join their expanding Bloomreach Engagement Support Team. The role involves providing consulting and technical support to users of the Bloomreach Engagement platform, as well as assisting with marketing-related topics. The candidate should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS, problem-solving skills, and an interest in data analytics and online marketing. The role offers the opportunity to become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform, provide immediate problem-solving, and help build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users through live chat or other channels, covering topics such as product and technical questions, marketing-related topics, and creating reports or campaigns.
- Diagnose requests, walk customers through problem-solving processes, and refer specialized cases to experts.
- Provide help to other consultants with advanced use-cases.
- Work US hours (6PM - 2AM) and EU hours (9AM - 5PM) during the onboarding period.
- Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS.
- Possess problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Have advanced or native level English language proficiency.
- Show interest in data analytics and online marketing.
- Know how to communicate and build relationships with clients.
- Have previous work experience in a client-facing role, support, or marketing.
- Understand the link between frontend and backend, network requests (considered an asset).
- Have a basic understanding of programming (algorithms, conditions, cycles) (considered an asset).
- Have more than 1 year of experience in a SaaS company (considered an asset).
- Become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform and provide solutions for clients and colleagues.
- Provide immediate problem-solving to industry professionals.
- Help build relationships with clients and shape their attitude towards Bloomreach.
- Identify and resolve advanced and non-standard tasks in the Bloomreach Engagement app.
- Work closely with the Product team to improve the platform and potentially pursue a career path leading to Product Manager.
- Collaborate with business consultants, technical consultants, and Bloomreach Academy trainers by providing knowledge about the Bloomreach Platform.
