Associate Product Support Specialist

Bloomreach is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to join their expanding Bloomreach Engagement Support Team. The role involves providing consulting and support to users of the Bloomreach Engagement platform, covering topics such as technical questions, marketing inquiries, and assisting clients with creating reports and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS, possess problem-solving and analytical skills, and have previous experience in a client-facing or support role. This position offers the opportunity to become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform, provide immediate problem-solving, and potentially progress towards a career as a Product Manager.

• Provide consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users through live chat or other channels, covering topics such as product and technical questions, marketing related topics, and creating reports, segmentations, campaigns, or analyses.
• Diagnose requests and walk customers through the problem-solving process, referring specialized cases to experts when necessary.
• Provide help to other consultants with advanced use-cases.
• Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS.
• Possess problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Have an advanced or native level of English language proficiency.
• Show interest in data analytics and online marketing.
• Know how to communicate and build relationships with clients.
• Have previous work experience in a client-facing role, support, or marketing.
• Understand the link between frontend and backend, network requests (asset).
• Have a basic understanding of programming (algorithms, conditions, cycles) (asset).
• Have more than 1 year of experience in a SaaS company (asset).
• Become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform and provide solutions for clients and colleagues.
• Provide immediate problem-solving to industry professionals.
• Help build relationships with clients and shape their attitude towards Bloomreach Engagement.
• Identify and resolve more advanced and non-standard tasks in the Bloomreach Engagement app.
• Work closely with the Product team to improve the platform and potentially pursue a career path leading to Product Manager.
• Collaborate with business consultants, technical consultants, and Bloomreach Engagement Academy trainers by providing knowledge about the Bloomreach Engagement Platform.
