Senior Product Designer - Engagement

The job overview for the Senior Product Designer role at Bloomreach is to take care of the overall experience of Bloomreach Engagement, which involves collecting and organizing data, personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns, campaign evaluation, user behavior analyses, and insights. The main responsibility is to design new features and improve existing features in collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring a great and consistent user experience. The role also involves covering the entire design process, working closely with cross-functional teams, creating and testing prototypes, and designing exceptional user interfaces based on the design system.

• Take care of the overall experience of Bloomreach Engagement
• Design new features and improve existing features in collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Cover the whole design process from research through design testing to overseeing implementation and feedback collection
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver key product experiences
• Create and test prototypes to find the best solution to a defined problem
• Participate in cross-team design initiatives
• Design an exceptional experience competing with the world’s best-in-class products
• Create frictionless, delightful, consistent, and effective user interfaces based on the design system
• Make data-driven decisions using analytic tools
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user testing and research
• Rapid prototyping and prototype testing
• Come up with simple, easy to use, and easy to develop solutions for complex tasks
• Mastery of Figma/Sketch and ability to quickly adopt new design tools/techniques
• Familiarity with Human Centered Design principles
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Desired: Experience with designing for B2B and SaaS
• Desired: Knowledge of CSS possibilities for designing effective solutions

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role
• Portfolio demonstrating professional design capabilities and design process
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and experience with analytic tools
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative user testing and research
• Rapid prototyping and prototype testing skills
• Ability to come up with simple and easy-to-use solutions for complex tasks
• Mastery of Figma/Sketch and ability to quickly adopt new design tools/techniques
