Senior Manager, Product Design - Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager with experience in product-led growth and a passion for design that drives sustainable business growth. Reporting to the VP of Research and Design, the role involves leading a design team to make it easy for millions of people worldwide to discover, trial, buy, and use our suite of products and services. The focus will be on attracting and retaining a diverse, world-class team, shaping the experience strategy through experimentation and data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey. Staying up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the product-led growth and e-commerce space is also important.

Attract, develop, and retain a diverse, world-class team with a strong sense of purpose and belonging; provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the team is performing at their best

Use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to shape the experience strategy and deliver high-impact design work

Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Research, and Content to deliver “right size” solutions that drive learning and incremental improvement

Focus on the customer journey end-to-end, from discovery through onboarding, partnering with the teams responsible for marketing touchpoints to ensure a cohesive experience

Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the product-led growth and e-commerce space

Experience managing product-led growth efforts, as a lead designer and manager

A proven track record of hiring and growing designers at all levels, and a willingness to dive into hands-on work when needed

Passion for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnel

• Base pay ranging from $155,380/year - $210,220/year
• Bonuses and commissions may be offered as part of the total compensation package
