About the position
We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager with experience in product-led growth and a passion for design that drives sustainable business growth. Reporting to the VP of Research and Design, the role involves leading a design team to make it easy for millions of people worldwide to discover, trial, buy, and use our suite of products and services. The focus will be on attracting and retaining a diverse, world-class team, shaping the experience strategy through experimentation and data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey. Staying up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the product-led growth and e-commerce space is also important.

Requirements
- Experience managing product-led growth efforts, as a lead designer and manager
- Proven track record of hiring and growing designers at all levels
- Passion for driving sustainable business growth through acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention
- Strong leadership presence and ability to evangelize design
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain a diverse, world-class team
- Experience shaping experience strategy through experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights
- Ability to deliver "right size" solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Focus on end-to-end customer journey and cohesive experience
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in product-led growth and e-commerce space

- Base pay ranging from $155,380/year - $210,220/year
