About the position
We are currently seeking a Senior IT Manager to oversee a global IT team based in our Massy office. The role involves managing internal IT operations, maintaining and implementing IT security controls, and growing and organizing teams and processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of IT systems, networks, and security. Responsibilities
- Manage Global IT Staff
- Internal IT (desktop support, Office network, ...)
- Hosted IT infrastructure (datacentres, physical, virtual, IaaS resources, ...)
- Maintain, monitor, Implement and demonstrate IT security controls & compliance.
- Grow and organize teams and processes.
- Work with internal teams: Client operations, Process Automation, Product engineering, InfoSec, Information Systems, ...
- Team Management, coordination
- Intra team and Company-wide communication
- Strong English written and verbal communication.
- Result oriented: Service levels, Quality Assurance
- Good IT Technical understanding: Systems (Windows & Linux), Network and Security
- Supplier relationship: sourcing, price, and contract negotiation
- Travel required to offices worldwide every 2-6 months
Requirements
- Manage global IT staff, including internal IT and hosted IT infrastructure
