Software Engineer II (Upgrade)

This job is for an Upgrade Engineer at Ivalua, where you will be the main point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua Solution and need assistance with upgrading to new versions. Ivalua is a global company that offers Source-to-Pay solutions to automate workflows and improve procurement processes. As part of the Upgrade Team, you will be responsible for delivering new enhancements and ensuring high-quality standards. The team values problem-solving and providing long-term solutions to customer challenges.

Be the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua Solution and are engaged in the upgrade process

Successfully deliver new R&D enhancements to customer applications

Operate with high quality standards and a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in coding and configuration

Think holistically about the implementation and provide solutions that solve the customer's long-term challenges

Upgrade customer applications when a new major R&D version is released

Refine the procurement lifecycle while reducing cost and risk of spending on indirect goods, direct goods, and services

Improve supplier collaboration

Work as part of a team to upgrade customer applications and deliver new enhancements

Participate in indoor and outdoor activities organized by the company

• First point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua Solution and are engaged in the upgrade of the solution
• Analyze upgrade requests and discuss new features and their impact on existing solutions with clients
• Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution to meet specific business requirements
• Reverse engineering and debugging to solve project issues throughout all phases of the upgrade cycle
• Develop advanced configuration knowledge and demonstrate strong technical creativity skills to leverage configuration features
