About the position
This job is for a QA Automation Engineer Intern at Ivalua, a company that specializes in developing procurement technology products. The intern will be responsible for understanding the business functionality of the company's solution, coding in Java Script, test planning and design, test environment setup, script development and execution, test result analysis, and defect reporting. Responsibilities
- Understand business functionality of the solution through existing NRT scenarios
- Perform minimal Java Script coding
- Plan and design automation tests
- Set up test environments
- Analyze test cases
- Develop and enhance test scripts
- Execute test scripts
- Monitor test runs
- Analyze test results
- Report defects
- Build automated test scripts for provided scenarios using Testing Automation software
- Define each step of the test scripts
- Write new test scripts
Requirements
- Experience in software testing processes in a Web Application environment
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay solutions and procurement lifecycle
- Familiarity with testing performance, security, data integration, scalability, and reliability
- Proficiency in Java Script coding
- Ability to analyze test cases, develop and enhance scripts, and execute scripts
- Experience with automated test script development using Testing Automation software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
