Senior Catering Sales Manager - Hilton Anatole
About The Position
The Hilton Anatole is hiring a Senior Catering Sales Manager for its Catering team. The role focuses on selling and managing social and local corporate events for up to 500 attendees at a property with 1,606 guest rooms and more than 600,000 square feet of event space. The hotel has a $155 million renovation underway. The manager develops new business, maintains client relationships, designs event menus and experiences, oversees event planning and execution, and guides team performance. The position is salaried, with an opportunity for a quarterly bonus incentive. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some flexibility for networking and client meetings.

Responsibilities
- Grow catering market segments by soliciting new client relationships, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close new business.
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
- Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
- Manage event documentation and coordinate smooth transitions through pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensure smooth event execution, resolve issues proactively, and deliver an exceptional event experience.
- Communicate client requirements, direct the team, and provide feedback and coaching to support consistent, high-level service.
