About The Position

As a Utility Steward at Hilton Anatole, you help create memorable guest experiences by keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and service-ready. The role involves cleaning serviceware and cookware, maintaining and organizing supplies, performing kitchen cleaning tasks, preparing serviceware for banquets and functions, and supporting the development of other stewards. Team members are expected to uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards and to demonstrate Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and removing trash.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
