About The Position

The Pool Mechanic maintains the cleanliness and proper operation of hotel pools and spas, helping provide memorable guest experiences. The role includes daily inspections and maintenance, monitoring water balance and pool equipment, tracking supplies and purchase requests, and recording completed work and issues requiring further attention.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance to keep pools and spas clean, clear, and properly balanced.
• Inspect pool equipment components and verify they are functioning correctly.
• Track pool maintenance supplies, prepare purchase requisitions, and coordinate purchase approvals with department managers.
• Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
