About The Position

Hilton Anatole is hiring an entry-level Express Sales Manager for its corporate-managed hotel, which has more than 1,600 guest rooms and over 600,000 square feet of onsite meeting and event space. The role generates and manages group sales while delivering memorable hospitality experiences. Compensation is hourly, with the opportunity for a quarterly bonus. The position is onsite and includes complimentary parking and daily lunch.

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to generate new business, drive group sales, and exceed lead-generation goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurture existing accounts, and develop new client relationships to grow room revenue and profitability.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to develop and execute targeted business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Manage the sales process from preparing proposals and conducting site visits through negotiating terms and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Coordinate client requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space, and enter account and reservation information accurately and on time in the hotel’s sales management system.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
