About The Position

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and property renovations.
• Define project scopes, monitor capital expenditures, manage resources, and keep projects within budget.
• Solicit bids, review construction plans, and supervise contractors and hotel staff to ensure quality execution.
• Liaise with city, county, and state officials to maintain permits and licenses and schedule required inspections.
• Uphold applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards to safeguard guests and team members.
