Responsibilities

• Manage event documentation and coordinate transitions across pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensure smooth event execution, resolve issues proactively, and deliver an exceptional event experience.
• Communicate client requirements to the team, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to support consistent, high-level service.
