About The Position

The Stay Experience Ambassador helps create memorable guest stays by delivering a warm, elevated arrival and departure experience. The role welcomes guests, learns about the purpose of their visit and their needs, provides personalized service and recommendations, and takes ownership of concerns through discreet, efficient resolution. The Ambassador is also expected to remain poised and alert during busy periods and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and sincerely, helping them feel cared for and valued when they enter the lobby.
• Engage guests to understand the purpose of their visit, identify unanticipated needs, and provide personalized service.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations about property amenities and local attractions.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them efficiently and discreetly.
• Remain calm and alert during high-traffic or emergency situations.
