About The Position

The General Maintenance role at Hilton Omaha is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical functionality and safety while contributing to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest service calls and team member work orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment and address identified needs.
• Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
