About The Position

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors. The role involves assessing customers’ storage needs and making recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies. Managers inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, help customers stay current with payments, and make reminder and collection calls when required. The position also includes cleaning and daily maintenance, such as sweeping and mopping interior areas and keeping exterior grounds clean and free of debris.

Requirements

Experience in a customer-service-centered sales environment, such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or another service-based company.
Valid driver’s license.
Use a personal vehicle to travel between work locations or conduct other work-related business.
Ability to transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, open large doors, and spend up to 50% of working time outdoors.
