Scientific Recruiting Advisor

• Collaborate with Arc Institute leadership to define, draft, and understand requirements for scientific positions at all levels.
• Source, assess, and interview potential candidates for various scientific roles.
• Use networks and knowledge of the academic and biotech landscapes to proactively build relationships with top candidates.
• Complement Arc's scientific needs and contribute to a culture of scientific curiosity, rigor, ambition, and collaboration.
