About the position
The Project Coordinator position at Arc Institute is a key role within the University Relations & Academic Affairs (UR&AA) team. The coordinator will support major projects and day-to-day activities, playing a crucial role in enhancing programs and helping the organization meet its objectives. This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail. The coordinator will work closely with the UR&AA team and various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project objectives and provide general support for initiatives. Overall, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of biomedical research and shape the UR&AA department at Arc Institute.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the UR&AA team and across the organization to facilitate the successful completion of project objectives.
- Provide general support for the team's initiatives, including taking meeting notes and following up on action items.
- Manage Arc's "connect four" team member mixers, including coordination with participants and evaluation of the program's success.
- Assist with Arc's monthly student social and weekly seminar series.
- Provide a broad range of support for our faculty and fellows searches, including applicant tracking, communication, and coordination.
- Use organizational and project management skills to help meet objectives and operate efficiently and effectively.
- Support the team on a variety of administrative tasks to enhance programs.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and with as little friction as possible.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with attention to detail.
- Leverage process-orientation skills and attention to detail to shape UR&AA at Arc.
