About the position
This position is an opportunity to teach the User Experience Design Immersive course and make a significant impact on students' lives. The role involves guiding students through a transformative journey, from novices to empowered designers, and fostering a supportive community. The instructor will challenge students to think strategically and turn their ideas into real user experience solutions. Additionally, the role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, collaborate with an instructional team, and contribute as a subject matter expert in the field. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in user experience design and a passion for shaping the next generation of designers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in user experience design
- Fluency in some or all of the user experience design skills
- Eager to shape the skills, minds, and trajectories of the newest generation of user experience designers
- Natural ability to provide guidance to colleagues
- Willingness to work with an instructional team and classroom community
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to challenge students to think strategically and turn their ideas into real user experience solutions
