K-12 Curriculum Quality Assurance Specialist - Contract Position

FEV Tutor is seeking educators with instructional experience in grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12 to review and provide feedback on student-facing and tutor-facing academic lessons. The role involves reviewing and evaluating completed lessons for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with standards, as well as conducting proofreading and editing. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, exceptional proofreading skills, and the ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. This is a remote, contract position.

• Review and evaluate completed lessons for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with standards
• Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure grammatical correctness and consistency
• Provide constructive feedback to lesson writers and graphic designers to improve the overall quality of the curriculum materials
• Follow project plan timelines for revising lessons via Wrike (project management and communication tool)
• Familiarity with CCSS and other state-specific math standards and instructional methods
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
• Understanding of math concepts and ability to represent them visually
• Experience with MS Office and Google Drive
• Ability to work remotely
• Bachelor's degree in education or a directly related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience with K-12 math curriculum development
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills
