About the position

The Associate, Sales Operations role at Housecall Pro is responsible for driving and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKRs. They analyze data to identify opportunities and risks within the sales funnel and collaborate with various stakeholders to execute sales campaigns and experiments. This role requires a curious and analytical mindset, as well as a passion for continuous learning and improvement. The overall goal is to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the customer success process and ultimately contribute to the success of the company's home service professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly OKRs
  • Maintain a real time view of the sales funnel, identifying opportunities and risks
  • Own sales campaign and experiment go-to-market from end to end including organizing the people, processes and platforming required to execute in collaboration with marketing, analytics and sales stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Analytics to maintain sales repo
  • Requirements

    • Strong Excel, Google sheets skills
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1+ years sales operations experience
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • Proven analytical mindset
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
