Leader, Brand Marketing

As a Leader of Brand Marketing at Housecall Pro, you will be responsible for driving the brand marketing strategy for their suite of products and fintech services. This role requires experience in managing teams focused on customer strategy, multi-brand strategy, market positioning, brand identity, and creative assets. You will provide vision and direction to senior leadership, translate plans into focused goals for your team, and have a proven track record in driving high impact brand marketing strategies. Additionally, you will lead a team to deliver customer and business value, coach and develop direct reports, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape the culture within your area.

Lead brand marketing team through excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team building skills

Manage in-house creative team responsible for design, video and copywriting

Gain in-depth knowledge of our customers and their needs through qualitative and quantitative market research, direct feedback from customers, and collaboration with sales, customers success, product and fintech teams

Lead strategy to drive brand awareness and increase market share

Develop brand positioning, key messaging, and messaging framework

Drive strategy to differentiate our messaging and positioning from the competition

Build framework to develop messaging for product releases

• 10-15+ years of experience in brand marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus
• SaaS experience
• Experience working in a high-growth start-up strongly preferred

• Salary range of $135,000-$180,000 plus Bonus and Equity
