Director, Market Research

Lead research through all market information pertaining to Housecall Pro’s business; economic and demographic market research, analytics program, and output

Maintain intimate and extensive knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting the marketplace and proactively position research to leverage this knowledge for the business and clients

Develop local research content and thought leadership development; working in conjunction with business leaders, marketing and communications

Manage research relating to new products; including product usability, fit, and pricing

Perform brand research including awareness and perception, evaluation of brand positioning, and key brand elements (names, iconography, etc.)

Implement processes including the adoption of new technologies/databases

Deliver high standards of data excellence and cultivate a culture of collaboration between business lines and research

Design a process to ensure appropriate prioritization of all marketing and research projects

• Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business, economics, marketing or related field required, advanced degree preferred
• A minimum of 10 years related experience - related Home Services industry experience a strong plus
• Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing and business development approaches in the B2B business model
• Software expertise necessary for business development collateral creation
• High-level analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
