Engineering Manager, QA - Poland

As an Engineering Manager at Housecall Pro, you will be responsible for building and leading the Polish team of QA Engineers. Your role will involve ensuring product quality standards, automation, and processes are met. You will also be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying effective test automation solutions for web and mobile applications. Build and lead the Polish team of QA Engineers

Ensure product quality standards, automation, and processes

Provide end-to-end solutions to software quality problems

Drive and create API, Web, and mobile automation frameworks and tests

Design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions for web and mobile applications

Manage the Quality Assurance team

• 7+ years experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• 3+ years experience in quality assurance management or a lead role
• Strong programming skills in Java, as well as SQL and scripting knowledge
• Proficient in developing API, Web, and Mobile (iOS and Android) test automation using tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNg, Appium, and RestAssured
• Successfully implemented a CI/CD automation strategy and understanding the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive quality across the SDLC, including reviewing application

• Mentorship and coordination of work planning for the QA Team
• Reviewing performance and tracking professional growth of the QA Team
• 7+ years experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• 3+ years experience in quality assurance management or a lead role
• Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, and scripting
