About the position
The job is for a Sales Executive at Xendit, a payment infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia. The job responsibilities include researching and reaching out to potential customers, managing the entire sales cycle, collaborating with other teams, and analyzing new opportunities for growth. The job expectations include understanding the product offering, managing and closing a pipeline of customers, and mentoring new Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience selling B2B products, be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication and selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Research companies and their PIC to fill the pipeline
- Craft emails to contacts to convey the value of our Experiments products and book an introductory meeting with them
- Start Relationship with potential Manager or C Level
- Make cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, giving demos & closing
- Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests
- Analyze and target new opportunities for our Experiments to grow our footprint
- Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads, and set appointments from those leads
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
- Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience selling B2B products whether Software or other products
- Able to research companies and their PIC to fill the pipeline
- Craft emails to contacts to convey the value of products and book an introductory meeting with them

- Full-on confidence and able to articulate your message to the potential client in a proper manner, and can find comfortability in pushing back to clients when necessary.
- Has the ability to communicate and convince senior level networks in a consultative method.
