About the position
As a Sales Manager at Mint House, your role will be to drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will focus on attracting corporate clients, group bookings, and extended stay guests, while also fostering long-term guest loyalty. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires you to be based in Denver, Colorado and work on-site at least three times a week.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels or resorts
- In-depth knowledge of the Denver, Colorado market and an established network of corporate clients and industry contacts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with OTA extranets (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb), OTA Insights, STR, Agency360, or open to learning new systems and sales enablement tools
