About the position
This senior role is responsible for shaping and advancing the company's vision, strategy, and investments, as well as negotiating and closing deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to expand the customer base for Crystal, a SaaS product in the blockchain industry. The role requires a driven sales professional with experience in complex selling environments and a passion for emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for the assigned territory/verticals
- Sales planning, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and strategic analysis
- Execute sales of Crystal software and services
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, policy, finance, and other teams
- Expand the Crystal customer base domestically and abroad
Requirements
- Strong sales experience in selling SaaS products in multi-stakeholder, nascent, and complex selling environments
- Ability to drive sales for assigned territory/verticals, including sales planning, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and strategic analysis
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals to realize the company's vision
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a "do good" mindset
- Ability to think out of the box and make the impossible possible
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on promises
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup culture
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
