About the position
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales enablement processes, coaching salespeople, and effectively positioning our services to customers. This role involves writing sales playbooks, conducting training sessions, and incorporating platform/product positioning into our sales strategy. The Sales Enablement Manager will also coordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to develop communication and training materials, deliver learning programs, and create a comprehensive sales playbook.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales and Product Marketing to develop communications and training materials for Account Executives and Partnership Development Reps
- Conduct Onboarding and Certification workshops for new and existing Account Executives and Partnership Development Reps
- Coordinate, design, and deliver learning programs in various modalities
- Develop a sales playbook incorporating a certification process for all sales personnel
- Work in a mission-based company focused on student outcomes
- Have 2-4 years of experience in sales or sales enablement in a Saas or similar EdTech-focused environment
- Build and lead Sales Enablement processes and train and coach salespeople
- Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Possess outstanding project management skills
- Have strong presentation and spreadsheet skills
- Previous experience as a sales representative in a quota carrying role is preferred

- Outstanding project management skills
- Strong presentation (Google Slides/PowerPoint) and spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) skills
- Previous experience working as sales representative in a quota carrying role strongly preferred
