About the position
FEV Tutor is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The role involves optimizing digital marketing efforts through paid advertising and analytics, with a focus on driving growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends and tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and continuously optimize paid ads on social and search platforms to generate 200+ qualified requests for meetings annually
- Develop and maintain automated full-funnel reporting by channel using first touch attribution to track leads, meetings, opportunities, and closed won bookings
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics on every page of the website, generating automated reports on a weekly basis
- Conduct keyword research to identify 25+ priority keywords for SEO and provide the list to the Content Marketer for new content creation and optimization
- Manage website updates (front and back-end) and maintain a strong relationship with the webdev agency
- Work with content agency to help set up and send email campaigns and monitor campaign results
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to provide support for webinars, including registrations and email follow-ups
- Own MarTech setup, import/export, and sync
- Manage paid digital ads with a budget of $50k-$500k on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Display
- Familiarity with SEMrush or similar tools to identify top keywords
- Set up Google Analytics 4, including conversion tracking from Google Ads to analytics and into Hubspot
- Be the Hubspot Admin and maintain clean and up-to-date data
- Focus on improving efficiency and results through optimization mindset
- Understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ability to build dashboards for full funnel reporting in Hubspot and Salesforce (desired, but not required)

- Building dashboards for full funnel reporting in Hubspot and Salesforce desired, but not required.
