About the position
Chainalysis is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for expanding cryptocurrency markets and helping customers track and prevent fraud and abuse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and be able to effectively engage prospects, identify pain points, and convert them into paying customers. Success in this role will be measured by quota attainment, new logo acquisition, and the ability to manage and convert deals in a high-volume environment. Previous experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, as well as proficiency in using sales tech tools, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects and identify pain points
- Turn prospects into paying customers
- Meet quota attainment, new logo acquisition, and deal conversion targets
- Become an expert on the product suite and connect prospects with suitable solutions
- Stay up to date on regulatory initiatives and changes related to cryptocurrency
- Utilize and leverage the entire sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Going.io, SalesLoft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
- Maintain exceptional data hygiene
- Work towards activity metrics that generate a predictable and accurate pipeline
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales and bookings targets
- Have previous experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth company
- Be passionate about cryptocurrency and its future
- Familiarity with techstack including Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, etc.
- Fluent in English and able to speak Bahasa
