About the position
The Senior Corporate Initiatives Manager at Chainalysis will play a critical role in enabling the company to achieve its objectives. This role involves leading major initiatives, creating streamlined processes, identifying opportunities, and building collaborative relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in management consulting, private equity operations, or enterprise tech companies, as well as a rigorous attention to detail and the ability to lead by influence. A Master's in Business Administration is preferred. The salary range for this position is dependent on the location within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead major initiatives such as operational improvement efforts, post-merger management, cost efficiency initiatives, enterprise software overhauls, or similar efforts to successful conclusion, making a material impact on Chainalysis' corporate objectives.
- Create enduring, streamlined processes that enable Chainalysis' teams to more effectively prioritize, collaborate, and deliver results.
- Identify significant opportunities and kick off initiatives to pursue them.
- Develop deeply collaborative business relationships across the organization.
- Provide support and act as a problem solver in critical situations or can't-miss opportunities.
- Possess a rigorous attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and approach problems with a first principles analysis mindset.
- Lead by influence and without direct authority.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and become a trusted partner.
- Prepare high-growth companies for going public and manage them through all phases of the IPO process.
- Possess a Master's in Business Administration.
Requirements
- Experience at top management consulting firms, on private equity operations teams, or on the strategy & ops team of enterprise tech companies
- Experience preparing high-growth companies to go public and managing them through all phases of the IPO process
- Being the go-to problem solver who steps in when there’s a critical problem or a can’t-miss opportunity
- Possess a rigorous attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and approach problems with first principles analysis mindset
- Ability to lead by influence and without direct authority
- Masters in Business Administration
