Instructional Designer (Contractor)

The job overview for this position is that the Instructional Designer and Producer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video tutorials, interactive software simulators, and other training assets for Chainalysis' on-demand training program. They will collaborate with subject matter experts to capture product and industry knowledge and produce high-quality content for the Chainalysis Academy. The success of the role will be measured through utilization and feedback from customers. This is a contract position with a target rate of $45 per hour.

• Capture expertise from internal and customer subject matter experts to develop e-learning courses for the Chainalysis Academy training ecosystem
• Advance the e-learning system and journey by driving new innovations, integrations, and novel ways of educating customers
• Collaborate with the Training Team to build role-based training journeys and create supplemental assets
• Provide e-learning support and collaborate with Marketing and other teams on cross-functional needs
• Develop visually striking and engaging video tutorials and interactive e-learning courses for external customers
• Utilize digital media production software and rapid e-learning production tools (e.g. Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe CC Apps, After Effects)
• Work with internal subject matter experts in different geographies and leverage web conferencing tools to capture and produce audio and video content
• Manage multiple projects with different stakeholders

• Experience working with a high-growth SaaS company
• Ability to develop visually striking and engaging video tutorials and interactive Elearning courses
• Proficiency in digital media production software and rapid Elearning production tools (e.g. Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe CC Apps, After Effects, etc.)
• Familiarity with working with internal subject matter experts and leveraging web conferencing tools for content production
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with different stakeholders
