Manager, Product Design

In this role as a Product Design Manager at Chainalysis, you will lead a team of talented product designers to create impactful and user-friendly experiences for a diverse global audience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to oversee the user experience of Chainalysis compliance products. Your success will be measured by your ability to influence the product roadmap, empower and manage your team, build design systems, and champion design thinking across the organization. With at least 6 years of product design experience and a proven track record of shipping successful experiences, you will play a crucial role in driving product growth and innovation in the blockchain industry.

• Lead a team of product designers in building impactful and user-friendly products
• Oversee the user experience of Chainalysis compliance products from conception to launch
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers
• Empower and manage designers on the team to produce their best work
• Document and build on design systems for the product
• Provide guidance on cross-product design strategy
• Welcome and actively solicit feedback from cross-functional teams
• Champion design thinking across the organization
• Push the boundaries of innovation and efficiency in the design process
• Raise the bar for quality across every design touchpoint
• Have at least 6 years of experience in product design and 2+ years of managing product designers
• Have a proven track record of shipping successful experiences to users
• Represent work to a broader product team and stakeholders
• Use Figma, Confluence, and other tools efficiently
• Have outstanding visual design taste combined with holistic UX understanding
• Showcase best-in-class interaction and visual design to drive product growth
• Ask the right questions and leverage available resources to solve complex problems
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and guide strategic thinking in a greenfield, innovative product space
• Bonus: Have experience with B2B, fintech, or cryptocurrency

• At least 6 years in product design, with 2+ years managing product designers
• Proven track record of shipping successful experiences to users within a product team
• Comfortable representing work to a broader product team and stakeholders
• Excellence and efficiency in using Figma, Confluence, and other design tools
