About the position

Housecall Pro is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their Sales organization. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for converting leads, driving new enrollment of service professionals, and effectively communicating the value of Housecall Pro. The ideal candidate is polished, a problem-solver, and has a strong ability to understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology development. Responsibilities

- Converting leads to attend a Housecall Pro demo through phone, text, and emails. - Working collaboratively with the sales team to drive new enrollment of service professionals. - Communicating the value of Housecall Pro by understanding the Pro's day-to-day challenges and goals. - Conveying and internalizing empathy for the Pro's pain to foster trust and connections. - Understanding and adapting to Housecall's ongoing product and technology development.

Requirements

- High school diploma required, college preferred - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude - Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment - Good time management with strong organizational skills - Knowledge of and established relationships within a relevant industry and inside sales experience are both a plus
