Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role at Demandbase is a critical position that involves expanding the company's market presence and converting prospects into sales opportunities. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities and be responsible for generating new business. This role requires outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, and attending events to develop accounts and contribute to the growth of the Demandbase brand. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical abilities, and a growth mindset, playing a pivotal role in the organization's success.

Play a critical role in expanding the company's presence in the market and converting prospects into sales opportunities

Work closely with the direct sales team to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities

Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, attending trade shows and field marketing events

Create a book of business through account development

Engage with future customers as the first line of engagement

Contribute to expanding the company's brand

Have an impact on the success of the organization

• 1-2 years of SAAS SDR or high volume, outbound sales experience
• Current resident of Austin, Atlanta, Bay Area, or NYC metro
• Knowledge of Go-To-Market systems and strategies at a base level
• Excellent communication skills & tonality
• Strong technical abilities
• The ability to tell a vivid story consistently

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability to any situation and incredible listening skills
